Navigating Racial Battle Fatigue Workshop:
Examining the multi facets understanding of Racial Battle Fatigue and how to use Black consciousness self-care as a mental health defense. The lived experiences of how to identify and understand the influences of the daily battles of racial microaggressions, microinsults, macroaggressions, racism, stereotypes, discrimination and deculturalization impacts the mental health of Black people fueled by racial systemic trauma in America.

Family Inherited Trauma Workshop
This workshop is about learning how generational patterns, cycles and curses impact family dynamics. Learn how to recognize psychological philosophies that either influence toxicity and/or healing. There will also be the breaking down of participants "Secret Language" and Cognitive Behavioral techniques on how to help others find theirs.

The Workings of Depression Workshop
This workshop is about gaining a better understanding of what depression is along with the power of self-talk. There will also be dialogue around coping tools and a depression health plan that will be provided during the workshop to begin healing techniques.

Provide understanding around the grief process while using this safe space to dialogue and receive emotional support. The interactive workshop will use the Good Grief Workbook to provide deeper processing to heal forward.

The Black Mental Health and Wellness Coalition (BMHWC) 501(c)(3) non-profit organization solely focuses on destigmatizing mental health in the Black community. We seek to enhance the capacity of culturally responsive behavioral health professionals serving under-resourced crime victims.

This initiative will provide aspiring behavioral health professionals with supervision, clinical oversight, and mentorship while also addressing the specific needs of underserved victims, including men, women, young adults, and people of color.

The Bridge is Here (Pon bi mungi ni)
The purpose of this seminal project is to unity the collective healing between African American and Africa. History and cultural understanding are so important, and this exposure is designed to open up the minds Black people in the community. Taking African Americans to experience this deeper meaning of our ancestors will create generational peace.
